Individual Fitness
This course will provide students the opportunity to maintain a healthy mind and body while improving their cardiovascular endurance, strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility through a planned training program.
Physical Education
This class will meet every other day for one period. Students will be provided the opportunity to discover interests and develop physical skills through exploration and participation in a variety of team and individual activities. Students will learn the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of life-long fitness. Students may sign up for one or two semesters.
Advanced Physical Education
This class is for those students in grades 11 and 12 who would like to continue their Physical Education participation along with other students who enjoy a high level of activity and a variety of sports and games. Prerequisite: P.E. 601601
